Topic > My Journey to Finding a Successful Future - 1391

During my time at community college I volunteered for a non-profit organization that aims to provide access to water to areas of Afghanistan that currently lack they are devoid. My role in the company was to spread the message through social media and interactions with people on a one-to-one basis. My interest in diversity and awareness of the needs of others was strengthened through my studies abroad in Cambridge. During this time I was able to communicate and discuss contemporary issues facing the world today and gather a unique perspective from the diverse viewpoints presented to the diverse range of students. These interactions have greatly increased my understanding of international relations, and I firmly believe that my experiences result in a more cultured understanding of governance that I can employ in my studies of public governance.
