The interviewer made the woman stand up and show her how the man had pushed her. I feel it was too early for the woman as she was emotional before, during and after this exercise. The interviewer should have understood this and asked her if she could continue. At the end of this video the interviewer does a good job of asking some follow-up questions and keeping the subject informed about steps that should be taken next. Even though he did a good job, I think he should have given her his number in case there was something she might remember later
