It is vitally important at any level of activity: corporate, government or international. Issues relating to corporate social responsibility and business ethics increasingly involve businesses, both nationally and internationally (Sims 2006). This trend is emphasized by scandalous cases in international trade, illustrated by violations of the rules of ethical behavior. Rules and regulations on ethics and behavior are inevitably influenced by core values related to the company's purpose in the community. However, some members of the organization believe that the only social objective of a company is to obtain benefits. On the other hand, other members believe that the goal of a company is much broader than just profit and that all participants who are affected by the company's activity - shareholders, employees, consumers, suppliers, domestic society, children (particularly regarding environmental protection) - have a reasonable interest and commitment in the company's business. Many of these commitments are important for a company, whether it is national or international in its business. However, international companies face specific difficulties and needs, especially those that operate only in the local market. The first situation presented to us c...... middle of paper ...... must be in accordance with the limits of justice" (Megan 2006). More and more companies carry out international operations as a routine part of their functioning daily. However, the situation is complicated by differences in cultural values and behavior. To maintain its goodwill and reputation, a company must follow the principles of business ethics. Sometimes company owners ignore ethical rules and regulations that cause unfair practices in business. I must admit that unfair practice is more widespread in the business sphere than in simple operations. Bibliography1 Egland, L.
