Building a gaming computer can be an intimidating undertaking, but in reality with a little hard work anyone can become a wizard at putting together a gaming computer. Why build a custom gaming PC? The two types of gaming PC builds are: the hardcore gamer build which will cost a little more and the casual gamer build which is not that expensive; Furthermore, the steps to build a gaming PC are: create a budget, research what the builder/user wants the PC to be used for, and purchase the equipment. Well, before anything else, here are some component names that you must know so as not to be completely lost. The graphics card (helps the CPU by processing the graphics part of what the CPU needs to process). The disc drive (this is the CD, DVD or Blu-Ray driver installed to use CD, DVD and/or Blu-Ray discs). The last important term to know is motherboard... half of the card. .....the steps and PC parts have arrived, just follow the directions with the included manuals to put everything together.
