Americans start eating junk food at an early age, which eventually becomes an addiction and they end up having an unhealthy diet throughout their lives. But the problem that exists in the diets of most Americans is not their fault. The food industry is the one that should be responsible for this problem. They were never honest with their consumers and they were unfair. The information they provide about food is difficult to understand and does not help the customer when he has to choose between a healthy food and a junk food. This will help children start building a healthy diet at an early age. I think this will also decrease the amount of diabetes and obesity in America. This not only targets obesity, but also the food industry. The food industry will be forced to start producing healthier options if it wants to keep its business running. If people start demanding healthier food, so will the food industry
