Triglycerides are the main constituents of animal fats, or in this case, fish oil. To purify this oil from heavy metals, ethanol is added which creates a synthetic substrate using the molecular distillation method. Under vacuum, the substrate is then distilled and a concentrated solution of Omega 3 – Ether Ester (EE) is obtained. Chemically, this new concentrated solution replaces the "backbone" of the oil (glycerol) with ethanol. Once the molecular distillation is complete, we now have a form of pure, healthy fish with Omega 3
