In daily life, companies face a large number of external and internal forces. Businesses have many different aspects of external and internal forces that they must address to be successful. External forces, internal forces, and trends continually chart the path to where a company is headed and where it currently stands. Organizations should perform a SWOTT analysis to examine business potential and risks so that if an action needs to be conducted, it can be done before unwanted events occur within the company (Robinson, Pearce, 2004). United Daycare has several forces and trends that potentially affect its overall business. However, for any business to function properly, the company must know all the forces and trends that will affect it now and in the coming years. The external factors that influence United Nursery are; legal-regulatory, economic and social. The internal factors that influence United Daycare are leadership, strategy, and resources. All internal and external factors have been entered into a SWOTT analysis table to see where the company currently stands, what the risks are, what the opportunities are for the company and what the strengths and weaknesses are. Legal and regulatory practices are part of the strength and weakness analysis when conducted by United daycare. The state of GA obviously has a huge influence on how a daycare is run. Rules and regulations must be adhered to for businesses to continue to function optimally. The state of GA steps in and regulates daycares so that children are safe and cared for. The teachers are highly qualified and are able to welcome and care for children from all different cultures thanks to their trilingual background. The managers all have more than five years of experience in marketing and managing nurseries. Leadership skills have helped build the current phase of United Nursery and have a huge positive influence. The leaders of the nursery have planned incredible strategies to build the nursery. They used all their skills to let all the daycare employees know that they care about them.
