When you discover the phrase "paparazzi", what is their immediate thought? A camera? A flash? My first thoughts are shrill voices, blinding lights, people running to escape and, to put it simply, chaos. Paparazzi are freelance photographers who take candid images of celebrities for publication. This is a sinister group renowned for obtaining such images by any means possible, whether through harassment, threatening others or causing fear. It can be seen from any celebrity's reality television shows, social media accounts, or public-facing newscast that celebrities have expressed concerns about the extent to which paparazzi invade their individual space and that asking for and receiving support judicial system for restrictive instructions against paparazzi is expanding just as lawsuits with sentences against them are expanding. Paparazzi are negative and dangerous people who hide behind the first amendment so they can completely invade your privacy, ruin your reputation, and turn your life into complete and utter chaos. For starters, first line paparazzi protection is not unusual in this homeland. “We the people” have the right to understand who these people we respect are. This gives them the right to pursue any topic of interest, especially those that are legally considered public numbers. Celebrities are naturally subject to the loophole in the regulation of the right to privacy. Despite the strange laws that exist, the great dangers to people in this country are not taken into account. Celebrities' children are insulted by photographers. At the age of six, Suri Cruise was photographed as much as her now-divorced famous parents, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes.
