Do sports injuries occur only by deliberately harming another player or do they occur from different aspects that can harm an athletic human body? NBA players understand that aggressive behavior and any type of misconduct comes with a high price. The NBA league enforces numerous rules to regulate players and when one is broken, action is taken immediately and enforced against the player. All NBA players know that any fatal assault can lead to a flagrant foul, which can potentially harm athletic players. In a local basketball league I participate in, “The Coptic League,” they point out that we only produce Christian behavior, but that doesn't stop many players from getting injured or hurting another player. Many players in the league suffer injuries during games played, especially concussions. Any type of injury is highly critical because it causes the person to be seriously and potentially fatally injured. The most serious type of injury in sports is a concussion. Concussions are extremely dangerous because they can cause traumatic brain injury to the player and, depending on the level of the concussion, possible death. Therefore the Coptic League should emphasize that every player should stay hydrated for every match they attend. Basketball is a very popular sport in the Coptic League and offers players the chance to have fun and have fun on the court. However, injuries occurring in the league pose a problem because many players are vulnerable to developing these serious injuries and can potentially lead to a fatal situation. For some players, recovery time can take weeks and even months depending on the injury. Therefore hydration should still be one of the main sources of energy for players to obtain. The Coptic League has many injuries that occur during the season and many of them result in injuries that are defined as harmful. Staying hydrated to increase blood flow and stretch muscles is a great approach to preventing injuries. Injuries such as concussions lead to many dangerous problems that affect a player and can potentially lead to death. Staying highly hydrated helps players because they are exposed to maximum exertion and can maximize their intensity level. Stretching your muscles loosens them to prepare you athletically and reduce injuries. Injury prevention is the main reason for improving the league and its players, staying hydrated and stretching is the approach every player should consider.
